When I switched over to using a club store, I did it because I had proven to myself that many of the snacks we buy were so much cheaper there. However, there was a problem. Monkey see, monkey eat. If I put all of the snacks out, they'd vanish in an instant, and that included putting them in the pantry.

This dinner duo actually lasts us three days, or two days and two lunches and it doesn't have to be back-to-back, which is a nice break for the tastebuds. It still uses all of the same ingredients though, preventing waste and saving money.

Not only is the poor kid impulsive and hyper, he also legitimately doesn't even hear us when we give him directions. If you can imagine, we'd be frustrated and he wouldn't have a clue.

I was looking at an old toy train of my husband's today, the one that survived 30 years until our third child got ahold of it. For whatever reason it hit me. This whole having kids thing is falsely advertised.

I make it a point not to eat or drink after my kids. It's a thing for me. Yes, I'll get their germs anyway, but not directly in my mouth.
